What about the privacy and security of my business data?
We process data in accordance with GDPR. Customer data is not used to train AI models unless you explicitly consent to this. All connections are secured via HTTPS and industry-standard encryption. We can draw up a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Do you offer maintenance and support after delivery?
Yes. After delivery we offer optional maintenance contracts with SLA guarantees. This includes monitoring, bug fixes, security updates and further development. We always offer free support for the first 30 days after delivery.
Can I start with a small pilot before committing to a larger project?
