The Challenge
Businesses drown in WhatsApp messages on a single phone with no overview, collaboration or follow-up. Multiple agents on one number leads to missed questions and slow response times.
Our Solution
A complete shared inbox on top of the WhatsApp Business Cloud API with real-time sync, role-based access, a visual workflow builder, AI features (drafts, auto-reply, sentiment, summarisation) and CRM integrations. Built with Next.js 15, React 19 and Supabase RLS.
